Minutes of the Annual  Meeting of Havercroft-with-Cold Hiendley
Parish Council held at Solid Rock Church on Wednesday the 26^th May
2021 at 7:15 p.m.

Present: Councillors P Stockhill (Chair), E Brown, Mrs T Tams-Hedges, M Beecher,
R Cotton.

Apologies: Councillors D Pointon, I Sanders

Minute 1             Appointment of Chairman

Cllr Stockhill
took the Chair until the appointment of Chairman. I was moved by Cllr Brown
that Cllr Stockhill be nominated as Chairman and was seconded by Cllr Cotton.

Resolved:
That Councillor P Stockhill be nominated as Chairman of
Havercroft-with-Cold-Hiendley Parish Council for 2021/22.

Minute 2             Declaration of Interest

There were no
declarations of interest.

Minute 3             Appointment of Vice Chairman

This was
deferred until the next meeting.

Minute 4             Chairman€™s Annual Report

The Chairman
gave his Annual Report and Financial Statement for 2020-2021.

Minute 5             Representative to Ryecroft Leisure

It was resolved
that Councillor Cotton would be the Council€™s representative to Ryecroft
Leisure.

Minute 6             Representative to Ryecroft Trading

It was resolved
that Councillor Beecher would be the Council€™s representative to Ryecroft
Trading.

Minute 7             Representative at YLCA meetings

It was resolved
that Councillor Tams-Hedges would be the Council€™s representative at YLCA
meetings.

Minute 8             Parish Matters

Updating the
public seats on the Green.

Possible new
bench next to the bus stop near the Wimpey allotments.

Put a map of
the village in both notice boards.

Install new
bins in the Millenium Garden and the bus stop near the chippy.

Residents would
like to look into setting up a €˜Railway Cutting Crew€™ community group.

The meeting closed at 8.30pm
