Minutes of the meeting of Havercroft-with-Cold Hiendley Parish Council held remotely on Friday 24 th April 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Councillors P Stockhill, I Sanders, R Massey, Mrs T Tams-Hedges, E Brown.
Minute 1 Matters raised by Members of the Public
No members of the Public came forward to take part
Minute 2 Nomination for the position of Chair of Havercroft-with-Cold Hiendley Parish Council
Cllr P Stockhill was nominated, seconded and elected as Chair to Havercroft-with-Cold Hiendley Parish Council for the period 2020-2021.
Cllr Stockhill then signed the declaration of acceptance of Chair in sight of Councillors.
Cllr R Massey was nominated, seconded and elected as Vice Chair to Havercroft-with-Cold Hiendley Parish Council for the period 2020-2021.
Minute 3 Adoption of YLCA Model Remote Meeting Standing Order
Resolved, to adopt the YLCA Model Remote Meeting Standing Order.
Date and time of next meeting
The next meeting of the Havercroft-with-Cold Hiendley Parish Council will be held on Wednesday the 13 th May 2020 at 7:00 p.m. the format will be notified in the meeting summons.
