Minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting of Havercroft-with-Cold Hiendley Parish Council held at Havery & Ryhill Community Learning Centre on Thursday 23rd May at 6.30 p.m.
Present: Councillors M Beecher, M Cooper, M Rusling, P Stockhill and the Clerk
Apologies: Cllr Y Lowe
Minute 14 Declarations of Interest
None were declared.
Minute 15 To Elect a New Chair of the Parish Council
Cllr Stockhill nominated Cllr Mark Cooper to be the new Chair of the Parish Council, he was seconded by Cllr Beecher.
Minute 16
Discussions were then held regarding new councillors and it was agreed to advertise vacancies on the Facebook, with a view to setting up committees for specific projects at a later date.
Minute 17
The path next to O’Donnell’s field needs clearing but the contractor would need permission to access the field.
The meeting closed at 7.20pm
