Minute 73 To approve the minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting held on 12th January 2022
Resolved to approve the minutes of the extraordinary meeting held on 12th January 2022 proposed by Cllr Beecher and seconded by Cllr Cotton.

Minute 75 District Councillors Report
Cllr Cummings emailed the DC report:
There have been no updates from WMDC regarding the East St allotments
New signage to Fitzwilliam bridge has been agreed.
LED replacements for Havercroft lamp columns will take place in March and April 2022.
The vandalised bin at the bus stop near Solid Rock has been taken away and will be replaced after March 2022, as will the bin at Brier Lane bus stop.
The broken barrier near East St allotments, has been logged and will be repaired in due course.
Minute 76 Finance and Banking
The Budget for 2022-23 was submitted to WMDC by 11th February 2022. Underspend from previous years due to the Covid pandemic, will be used to keep the precept increase as low as possible.
Minute 77 Update on Allotments
Further to two improvement notices being issued, one has been vacated, the other licencee objected to the letter but appears to have also vacated.
Cllr Cotton will review the allotment contracts and add Not less than two-thirds cultivation and to adjacent properties.
It was agreed that the Learning Centre would have an allotment, providing those on the waiting list do not respond to their email within 14 days.
Minute 78 Learning Centre & Business Units
Cllr Cotton will review and issue new leases for Hudsons and WMDC to comply with forthcoming legislation.
Minute 79 Leisure Centre Grant
It was agreed to grant Rycroft Leisure £15,000 for 2022-23 but this will be reduced on a sliding scale.
Minute 80 Special Events-joint Jubilee celebration
Cllr Thomas has held an initial meeting regarding the Queens Jubilee, Cllr Stockhill will circulate the minutes.
Cllr Beecher is writing a risk assessment to send to WMDC in order to hire the field behind the allotments for the event.
The next meeting to plan the jubilee event will be held Tuesday, 22nd February 2022 at 3.30pm all residents of Havercroft & Ryhill are invited.
Minute 81 Correspondence
A local school has requested permission to erect signage at the Green. It was granted on the proviso that it is removed by June 2022.
Minute 82 To received information on any ongoing issues
Wakefield Arbour Dept has been asked to look at trees in various locations.
