Minutes of the Extraordinary meeting of
Havercroft-with-Cold Hiendley Parish Council held remotely on Tuesday the 14^th
September 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

Present: Councillors P Stockhill (Chair) R Massey (Vice Chair) E Brown, I
Sanders, Mrs T Tams-Hedges, D Pointon, M Beecher and A Pointon.

REPRESENTATIONS

80.1     No
members of the Public Present.

Minute 81       To receive apologies and reasons for
absence

81.1 Declarations of Interest, in accordance with
Sections 30(3) and 235(2) of the Localism Act 2011, Councillors to declare any
personal, prejudicial or pecuniary interests pertaining to the agenda.

81.2 Cllr R Cotton

Minute 82       To confirm the minutes of the last
meeting as a true record

82.1 The
Chairman disputed the published minutes of the last Parish Council meeting and
a vote of no confidence in the Parish Clerk was held, proposed by David Pointon
and seconded by Ian Sanders. The motions was passed by 7 votes to 1 vote and
the Parish Clerk submitted his resignation.

82.2     The Chairman thanked everyone for their
time and closed the meeting

Minute 83       Date and time of next meeting

83.1 The next meeting will take
place on Wednesday 14^th October 2020 remotely.

Dear Sir/Madam,

It has been brought to my
attention that there is a new lock on the gate access to the track that runs
along your property. The Parish Council is aware that Mr Cooper has rights of
access along this track to access his land, The track is part of the Old
Railway Cutting which  is the property of
Havercroft-with-Cold Hiendley Parish Council. If the lock is yours, could you
please either supply a key to Mr Cooper at 6 Brier Lane, or send it to me, and
I will pass it on. If the lock is not yours please let me know.

If I don€™t receive a reply
within 14 days of the date of this letter, we will remove the lock and replace
it with our own. Thank you
