Minutes of the meeting of Havercroft-with-Cold Hiendley Parish Council held in Havercroft and Ryhill Community Learning Centre on Wednesday 13 February 2019 at 7.00 pm.

Minute 99.   Declaration of Interest

There were no Declaration of Interests.

 

Minute 100.     Apointment of Deputy Chair

Resolved:   That the appointment be not filled until the Annual meeting

                                                                                                                                                         

Minute 101..   Minutes of the meeting held on the 9 January 2019

The minutes of the monthly meeting held on the 9 January 2019 were moved by Councillor R Massey and seconded by Councillor P Stockhill and were confirmed as a correct record.

Minute 103.  Christmas Events 2019

The Parish Council are considering holding a Christmas event on Havercroft Green in December 2019. Under discussion are a sleigh ride round the village and Christmas stalls on the Green with an official switch on of the lights.

Resolved:  That a small Working Group be formed inviting the Parent Forum to take part and a report be brought back to the Parish Council at a later date.

 

Minute 104.  Finance

(a)  January 2019 Accounts

The accounts for January 2019 in the sum of £2,211.30 were presented to members and moved by Councillor R Massey seconded by Councillor P Stockhill and confirmed as a correct record.

 

(b)     Wakefield Council   Budget Precept 2019-2020

Wakefield Council approved the budget precept request for 2019 €“ 2020

No Planning Applications or Decisions were received.

 

Minute 109.    Change of date for the April Parish Council meeting.

The April Parish Council meeting will be held on Wednesday 3 April 2019.

Confirmation that the rents for the allotments for 2019-2020 will remain at £20.   Currently there is one vacant allotment at the Wimpey€™s and one at Brier Lane.

Rubbish which has been fly tipped, this should be reported to Wakefield Council or District Councillors
