Minute 36. Minutes of the meeting held on the 12 June 2019
The minutes of the monthly meeting held on 12 June 2019 were moved by Councillor  R Massey and seconded by Councillor E Brown and were confirmed as a correct record.

Hadfield Place. Highways work at Hatfield Place have been completed.

May 2019 Accounts

The accounts for June 2019 in the sum of £885.00 were presented to members and moved by Councillor R Massey and seconded by Councillor I Sanders and confirmed as a correct record.

Minute 40. Havercroft and Ryhill Community Learning Centre

Contractors have been invited to give a quotation for the repair of the leak in the pipework in the roof void above the kitchen.
Resolved: The Chairman and Vice Chairman were authorised to accept a reasonable quotation.

Resolved: That a donation of £100 be made to the Boar Cottage Charity.

Minute 43. Rycroft Leisure
The Parish Council is concerned regarding the price increases for children€™s parties.
Resolved: The Clerk to write to Rycroft Leisure expressing concern and looking for a reduction on the proposed prices.

Minute 44. Allotments
The two allotment plots have been cleared but further work is required. Asbestos on the site needs to be cleared. Contractors be invited to submit a quotation.
Resolved: The Chairman and Vice Chairman were authorised to accept a reasonable quotation

Parish Matters.
(a) The issue with horses on the Railway Cutting has been resolved.
(b) Coop Site received no sale at the Auction.
(c) Security and additional signage to be implemented on Tup Lane to deter fly tipping.
