Minutes of the Annual Meeting of Havercroft-with-Cold Hiendley Parish Council held at The Havercroft & Ryhill Learning Centre on Wednesday the 22nd June 2022 at 7.00 p.m.

Minute 15 Declarations of Interest

Minute 16 To Approve the Minutes of the Meetings held on 18th May 2022
It was resolved to approve the minutes of the last meeting, proposed by Cllr Beecher and seconded by Cllr Stockhill.
Minute 17 Finance and Banking
17.1 The Annual Internal Audit Report was presented to the Council and was noted.
17.2 Resolved to approve the Annual Governance Statement (AGAR).
17.3 Resolved to approve the Accounting Statement.
Minute 18 Update on Allotments
The recent plant poisoning has been reported to the police and it was agreed to purchase cameras to cover both allotment sites.
A rubbish collection will be organised for the Wimpey allotments, as some of it contains glass. A letter will be sent to all allotment residents reminding them not to dump rubbish on their allotments.
Minute 19 Learning Centre & Business Units
It was agreed to organise a meeting with Ward Richards as a representative of the Learning Centre to discuss various issues including keys and alarms. Clerk to obtain quote for office at Nostell & send letter to the Learning Centre trustees (Cllr Cotton to approve).
Minute 20 Open Spaces & Green Spaces
It was agreed to submit an objection to the planning application on Bridle Way
Cllr Stockhill to action clearing the path near the Green.
Approval was given to purchase a wagon back for the new Friends of Havercroft base on the Wimpey allotment.
Minute 21 Correspondence
It was decided not to give permission to any further benches on The Green.
