Minute 38. Declaration of Interest

A presentation was given by Andrew Manifield on the new Havercroft-with-Cold Hiendley Parish Council website which will go live in the middle of August.
Minute 39. Minutes of the meeting held on the 7 June 2017
The minutes of the monthly meeting held on the 7 June 2017 were moved by Councillor A Manifield and seconded by Councillor R Massey and were confirmed as a correct record.
Minute 40. District Councillors Reports
Feed the family for a fiver this event will take place in October not September.
Looking at the possibility of purchasing the old Eagle site for a Community Space, costs being met from South East Capital Funds.
The District Council are aware of the work being carried out on the row of shops but the District Council is committed to acquiring the two properties.
The Fun Day is the 10th August 2017.
Minute 41. Finance
(a) May 2017 Accounts
The accounts for June 2017 in the sum of £13,951.54 were presented to members and moved by Councillor R Massey and seconded by Councillor J Shaw and confirmed as a correct record.
Minute 42. Correspondence
(a) Yorkshire Local Councils Association Annual Meeting – Noted
(b) Lease received from C Leicester Contractor. – Received.
Minute 43. Planning
No planning applications or determinations.
Minute 44. Havercroft and Ryhill Community Learning Centre
Feed the Family for a five to take place in October.
Fun Day and Kids Kitchen are being organised during August and September.
Maths, English and Computer courses are being held in September.
Minute 45. Change of dates for the September and October meetings.
The September meeting will be held on Wednesday 20th September and the October meeting on Wednesday 18 October 2017.
Minute 46. Allotments
The rent from Brier Lane allotments has been received in the sum of £120.00
Keys to be cut for the small gate.
There is one vacant allotment on Brier Lane with a waiting list for the Wimpey site.
Parish Matters.
Funding for Rycroft Leisure to inform the Clerk.
Purchase of new Christmas feature and lights on the large tree opposite the Post Office.
Strimming after Grass Cutting is not being carried out in a proper manner.
