Minute 1. Declaration of Interest

Minute 2. Minutes of the meeting held on the 14 February 2018
The minutes of the monthly meeting held on the 14 March 2018 were moved by Councillor Mrs C Sauland seconded by Councillor R Massey and were confirmed as a correct record subject to the addition of District Councillor Mrs M Cummings as being present at the meeting.
Minute 3. District Councillors Reports
Plus 18 Friendship Group for adults with Learning Disability Funding.
Flooding on East Street and Cow Lane.
Kids Kitchen. First week of Easter school holidays 27 attended second week 47 attended
In total £700 has been donated for Family Fun Day.
Minute 4. General Data Protection Act
General Data Protection Regulations Toolkit has been distributed to all Parish Councillors.
The Clerk to attend a Training event at Cedar Court Hotel on the 12 April.
Minute 5. Fields in Trust Havercroft Green
A copy for information of a plaque that can be used was circulated with a request for appropriate wording for discussion at the May meeting.
Minute 6. Finance
March 2018 Accounts
The accounts for March 2018 in the sum of £6,096.81 were presented to members and moved by Councillor R Massey and seconded by Councillor Mrs C Saul and confirmed as a correct record.
Wakefield Council have submitted dates for the budget run for 2019 – 2020
Minute 7. Havercroft and Ryhill Community Learning Centre
Flooding in the kitchen is still a problem however the contractor has now ordered new piping to rectify the problem.
Minute 8. Correspondence
A request for funding from a group called +18 Friendship Group has been received. The group enables adults with a learning disability to meet once a week and the request for funding is for room rental of £15 per week.
Resolved: That a grant be made to the +18 Friendship Group of £150 to cover ten weeks room rental.
Disused Railway cutting no further action to be taken unless a further request is received.

Minute 10. Structural Testing of Lamp Columns for Xmas Trees
The Parish Council are awaiting the results of the lamp column testing
The Xmas trees and brackets have been ordered from Plantscape.
Plantscape require the numbers on the lamp post and the times we require the lights to be on. It was agreed that this should be 4.00pm to 9.00pm
Xmas Tree for Havercroft Green to be discussed at the next meeting.
Minute 11. Allotments
The vacant allotment on the Wimpey site has been taken.
